At Viewrail, we’re always looking for ways to forge new paths and create more efficient, more effective ways of doing things. That’s where the Viewrail Certified Installer program comes in. As a Certified Installer, you’ll gain the tools and insight you need to install Viewrail stair and railing systems quickly and easily – and get paid to do it.
How It Works
There are two types of jobs a Viewrail Certified Installer could take on: partnerships and referrals.Installation Partnerships:
- We’ll determine if a project meets our criteria for installation during the quoting process.
- We’ll provide a quote for the project, including installation (based on your rates).
- We’ll reach out to you with an offer and a drawing to review.
- You’ll go to the job site and verify site conditions. If the site is as-communicated, you’ll take any necessary measurements.
- You’ll work with the Project Manager to get the order into production.
- You’ll install the system, take pictures, and receive sign-off from the customer when the job is complete.
- You’ll receive payment within 10 business days after a job has been signed off.
- We’ll gather information during the sales process and contact you with information about the project.
- You’ll work with the customer to determine your price for installation.
- You’ll work with the Project Manager to get the order into production.
- After delivery, the rest of the project will be up to you, including communication with the client, final sign-off, and payment.
How to Get Started
Take a look at each of the links below and submit and necessary forms or applications as soon as possible. Once you’ve finished your training workshop, certification course, and submitted all necessary forms, you’ll be able to start installing systems and earning money.- Register for an online training workshop: These online workshops take place every other Thursday at 3:00pm ET.
- Complete this certification form: This training class needs to be completed in order to finalize your certification
- Submit onboarding information here: Contractor application, W9, Insurance verification, and signed Code of Conduct
