Viewrail Senior Leadership

Len and his wife Marci founded Viewrail in 2001. Today, Len dedicates most of his time to entrepreneurship and new business development, while continuing to guide Viewrail in his role as Chairman of the Board. In his free time, Len flies planes (logging over 3,000 flight hours), cheers for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spends time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Caleb Morris began his career at Viewrail in 2017, and after a brief stint as an independent consultant, returned to the company as President in January 2025. He transitioned into his current role as Chief Executive Officer in August 2025. Today he oversees the daily and overarching functions of the company, continuing to utilize his background in sales and marketing to provide insight and direction. In his free time, Caleb enjoys reading fiction as a way to expand his perspective and grow in empathy for others.

Brett Harbaugh started at Viewrail in 2009, holding a variety of roles throughout his tenure. Today he oversees eCommerce and digital self-service tools. In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, doing home renovations, and cheering for the Detroit Lions.

JJ Johnson began his career at Viewrail in 2018. Today he oversees all production, as well as Viewrail’s first party delivery service, Viewrail Delivers, as the Chief Operating Officer. In his free time, JJ enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Lincoln Rassi started his career at Viewrail in 2016, working with a variety of teams throughout his time. Today, he oversees installation services, quality control, project management, and customer service as Chief Customer Success Officer. In his free time, Lincoln likes to travel and explore new places.

Kyle Harbison joined the Viewrail team in 2026, bringing nearly two decades of experience leading technical sales and customer-facing organizations across manufacturing and industrial markets. Today, he oversees the full customer lifecycle as Chief Customer Officer, including sales, customer service, project management, and marketing. Outside of work, Kyle loves spending time with his family - boating, snowmobiling, skiing, and traveling together.
