This year’s New American Home is the epitome of luxury living and sustainable, energy efficient building. Built just north of Orlando in the secluded city of Winter Park, this 9,200 sq. ft. custom home boasts a large underground garage, two stories of living, and a backyard pool area with plenty of space for entertaining.

An official stair, railing, and flooring partner of The New American Home 2026, Viewrail products were used inside and out of this incredible home to full effect. Three unique FLIGHT floating stair systems pair beautifully with the home’s minimalist but warm, natural vibes throughout, while the glass railing lets in the light. Plus, matching Schafer Hardwood Flooring created a consistent color palette in distinctive areas of the building.

Best of all, Viewrail provided its own fully-custom product made just for TNAH 2026: FLIGHT Blade. Its gravity-defying design made switchback, cantilevered stairs paired with structure-reinforcing glass railing, recessed handrail, and integrated LEDs. The system also features a wall of custom, over-sized glass panels.
