Elegant FLIGHT for a Sun-Washed Needham Entry

On the outskirts of Boston, this custom-built and meticulously-designed Needham home opens with a dramatic FLIGHT Mono staircase and glass railing that keeps the foyer open and elevated.

Designed by acclaimed architecture firm Ruhl | Jahnes, and built by Metro Construction + Design, it pairs soaring ceilings and white oak floors with walls of windows, washing the home with an abundance of natural light. The entry flows seamlessly into the main living and dining space while the stairs descending to the basement feature custom white oak treads with a generous, single panel of glass railing spanning the entire length of the stairway.
