Committed to excellence

Investing in the right people matters as much as choosing the right material, and arguably more. We put hundreds of hours into training on product knowledge and leadership development, because the person answering a call or welding a stringer is the reason the work holds up. We would rather grow someone than replace them.

The Pit Crew

Work worth doing, open to everyone

The Pit Crew is the department that handles packaging and assembly for Viewrail products. We created it in April 2021 to open meaningful work to people with disabilities in our community, and we run it alongside ADEC, a local advocacy organization that provides job placement and coaching.
