When a project calls for deeper exploration, we move into a conceptual design phase to define direction and intent, outlining key elements, material approaches, and how Viewrail systems support and enhance your architecture.

04 Curated next steps

This consultation is design-focused, not a quoting call. Once your direction is defined, you are introduced to a dedicated Sales Representative who provides pricing and timelines and guides the transition from concept to production.

Will is a creative and brand leader with more than a decade of work at the intersection of design, environment, and storytelling.
His career began in luxury construction and evolved into creative leadership, giving him an ability to hold both the vision and the execution simultaneously.

At Viewrail, Will has shaped the brand from the inside out: designing the company's first showroom, the Viewrail Design Gallery in Westhampton, New York, and serving as stair designer for the 2025 New American Home in Las Vegas. He led the interior design of Viewrail's national office headquarters, developed all new product color palettes and materials, and designed six high-impact trade show booths including a 2,800 square foot installation at the 2025 International Builders Show.

He believes enduring brands are defined by consistency, restraint, and attention to detail. A consultation with Will is a conversation about the full picture: how a staircase fits within a home's larger design language, and how every material choice reinforces that story.

He helps clients navigate material choices, finish options, and spatial layouts with a clear eye toward each project's architectural story. His process is built around listening first: understanding how a space is used, what the architecture is asking for, and which Viewrail system will feel most considered and resolved within that context.
