Len Morris

Founder and Chairman of the Board

Since 2001

Len, who founded Viewrail with his wife Marci, now guides the company as Chairman of the Board while focusing on entrepreneurship and new business development. He has logged more than 3,000 hours flying planes, and even more cheering for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He loves to spend time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Caleb Morris

Chief Executive Officer

Since 2017

Oversees the daily and long-range direction of the company, drawing on a background in sales and marketing. He reads fiction as a way to widen his perspective and grow in empathy for others.

Brett Harbaugh

Chief Digital Commerce Officer

Since 2009

Oversees ecommerce and the digital self-service tools customers use to plan and buy. Outside of work he takes on home renovation projects, spends time with his family, and cheers on the Detroit Lions.

Lincoln Rassi

Chief Customer Success Officer

Since 2016

Having worked with a variety of Viewrail teams over the course of his carreer, he now oversees installation, quality, and project delivery. He spends his free time traveling and exploring new places.

JJ Johnson

Chief Operating Officer

Since 2018

Oversees production across every facility, along with Viewrail Delivers, the company's own delivery service. He spends his time outside of work with his wife and three daughters.

Kyle Harbison

Chief Customer Officer

Since 2026

Leads the customer-facing organization, bringing nearly two decades of experience in technical sales and customer operations across manufacturing. Outside of work he is usually on the water or the slopes with his family.

Zachary Nelson

Chief Marketing Officer

Since 2021

Leads brand and marketing, including advertising, messaging, and media partnerships. Zachary likes to  snowboard in his free time along with making short films with his son.
