Viewrail, in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling certain LED modules (controllers) used in our FLIGHT Floating Stair systems due to a potential safety issue.

We have received reports of LED modules that may overheat, posing a potential burn or fire hazard. While no injuries or property damage have been reported, we are taking proactive steps to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

We are offering a refund ($125 per module or price of the module listed in your purchase receipt) or free replacement modules to any customer who has encountered this issue as well as any customer who would like to proactively replace their module, even if no problem has occurred.
